HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON, DURANGO, Durango – Your ideal downtown stay

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered a unique layout that I didn't expect from a traditional Homewood, with a separate sleeping area which I found awesome. However, the room's location right above the hotel's air conditioning unit was a bit inconvenient. The service, on the other hand, was always over the top friendly and helpful, though at times, staff members appeared frustrated with certain actions. Overall, the location worked perfectly for my needs, being super convenient as a basecamp for both weeklong adventures and day trips. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a good variety of breakfast options but some items feeling too processed. The price seemed a bit high initially, but I hoped it would come down to feel like a better value.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Homewood Suites hotel. The room felt like a little apartment, equipped with everything I needed to prepare my meals. It was immaculate, very attractive, and extremely comfortable. While it may be considered rudimentary compared to other Homewood Suites, I found it to be perfect for my needs. The service was fantastic with a super friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to housekeeping and even the van driver to the airport. The location worked out wonderfully for my week's adventures and day trips, providing a cozy and warm atmosphere. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

Upon arriving, I found that the rooms were clean and seemed more spacious than they actually were. They were nicely equipped with a full kitchen, even though I didn't get to use it. The overall cleanliness was impressive, making for a pleasant stay.

The service was outstanding, making my stay truly enjoyable with extra perks like dry cleaning, grocery shopping services, and even shops available. The location was perfect for my family vacation, close to key Durango spots of interest. The dining experience provided some good options, especially during the Monday to Thursday food and drink offerings, but I hoped for more variety at times. Overall, a pleasant stay with plenty of positives to highlight.
